Purpose and basis of processing
Your personal data, to the extent indicated in the labour legislation, will be processed for the purpose of the current recruitment procedure (Article 6(1)(b) RODO), while other data, including contact details, on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), which may be revoked at any time.
Publishers Revenue Optimization Sp. z o.o. will process your personal data, also in subsequent employee recruitments, if you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), which can be revoked at any time.
If the documents contain data referred to in Article 9(1) of the RODO, your consent to their processing will be necessary (Article 9(2)(a) of the RODO), which can be revoked at any time.
Labour regulations: Article 22 of the Labour Code and §1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 28 May 1996 on the scope of keeping records by employers in matters relating to the employment relationship and the manner of keeping employee personal files.
Recipients of personal data
The recipients of your personal data will be state authorities on the basis of statutory authorisations, associates authorised by the controller, supporting the recruitment process and affiliated entities.
After the employment relationship has been established, the recipients of the data can also be the providers of the following services: accounting, banking, legal, financial, entities conducting trainings.
Data storage period
Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process.
You have the right to:
1. the right to access your data and to receive a copy of it
2. the right to rectify (amend) your personal data;
3. The right to restrict the processing of your personal data;
4. The right to erasure of your personal data;

Information about the requirement to provide data
Providing your personal data in the scope resulting from Article 221 of the Labour Code is necessary in order to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary.

Cel i podstawy przetwarzania
Państwa dane osobowe w zakresie wskazanym w przepisach prawa pracy będą przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia obecnego postępowania rekrutacyjnego (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO), natomiast inne dane, w tym dane do kontaktu, na podstawie zgody (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), która może zostać odwołana w dowolnym czasie.
Publishers Revenue Optimization Sp. z o.o. będzie przetwarzał Państwa dane osobowe, także w kolejnych naborach pracowników, jeżeli wyrażą Państwo na to zgodę (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), która może zostać odwołana w dowolnym czasie.
Jeżeli w dokumentach zawarte są dane, o których mowa w art. 9 ust. 1 RODO konieczna będzie Państwa zgoda na ich przetwarzanie (art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a RODO), która może zostać odwołana w dowolnym czasie.
Przepisy prawa pracy: art. 22 Kodeksu pracy oraz §1 rozporządzenia Ministra Pracy i Polityki Socjalnej z dnia 28 maja 1996 r. w sprawie zakresu prowadzenia przez pracodawców dokumentacji w sprawach związanych ze stosunkiem pracy oraz sposobu prowadzenia akt osobowych pracownika.
Odbiorcy danych osobowych
Odbiorcą Państwa danych osobowych będą organy Państwowe na podstawie upoważnień ustawowych, współpracownicy upoważnieni przez administratora, wspomagający proces rekrutacji oraz podmioty powiązane.
Po nawiązaniu stosunku zatrudnienia, odbiorcami danych mogą być także świadczący usługi: księgowe, bankowe, prawne, finansowe, podmioty przeprowadzające szkolenia.
Okres przechowywania danych
Państwa dane zgromadzone w obecnym procesie rekrutacyjnym będą przechowywane do zakończenia procesu rekrutacji.
Mają Państwo prawo do:
1. prawo dostępu do swoich danych oraz otrzymania ich kopii
2. prawo do sprostowania (poprawiania) swoich danych osobowych;
3. prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych;
4. prawo do usunięcia danych osobowych;
5. prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezes UODO (na adres Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00 -193 Warszawa)
Informacja o wymogu podania danych
